We love Regan & Son! Our HVAC system started blowing hot air right before we went on vacation!! Caleb came out and was great! He knew exactly what to do and provided great detail when an extra piece needed to be ordered and immediately came back the next morning since the piece wasn’t available at the shop or by any of their other trucks. This is the first time I used Regan. They replaced the entire HVAC system in my rental home. They did a great job and I am very happy. Communication was good and everyone was very friendly. I got quotes from 4 different local companies and Regan was the lowest priced of the four quotes by a substantial margin. I rolled the dice, worried I wouldn't get a good install or service because of the low price, but the opposite was true. Now I have a lovely new Trane unit and my tenants are very happy.
